St Petersburg home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in St Petersburg rose by $71,550 while total sales decreased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,000 - a 35.9% increase over the $199,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 534 homes sold in St Petersburg in May 2019.

The median sales tax in St Petersburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,544, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
