Seminole home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Seminole fell by $50,500 while total sales decreased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,000 - a 20.8% decrease over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Seminole in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,707, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
