Seminole home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Seminole rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,500 - a 15.2% increase over the $204,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 160 homes sold in Seminole in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,707, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
