Seminole home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Seminole rose by $23,250 while total sales increased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 151 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,000 - a 11.3% increase over the $205,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Seminole in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,707, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
