St Petersburg home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in St Petersburg rose by $14,000 while total sales increased by 6.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 710 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 666 homes sold in St Petersburg in July 2018.

The median sales tax in St Petersburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,544, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
