Indian Shores home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Indian Shores rose by $160,000 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,000 - a 41% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Indian Shores in November 2018.
