Seminole home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Seminole rose by $33,250 while total sales decreased by 87.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 16.9% increase over the $196,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 140 homes sold in Seminole in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,707, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
