St Petersburg home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in St Petersburg rose by $60,050 while total sales decreased by 87.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,000 - a 31% increase over the $193,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 712 homes sold in St Petersburg in March 2019.

The median sales tax in St Petersburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,544, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
