Indian Rocks Beach home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Indian Rocks Beach fell by $18,700 while total sales decreased by 23%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $515,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $533,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Indian Rocks Beach in the second quarter of 2018.
