Redington Beach home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Redington Beach fell by $289,000 while total sales decreased by 39.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,000 - a 46.2% decrease over the $626,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Redington Beach in the second quarter of 2018.
