Largo home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Largo rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 416 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,900 - a 17.7% increase over the $169,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 495 homes sold in Largo in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Largo for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,268, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
