Pinellas Park home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Pinellas Park rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 80.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,000 - a 22.4% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 223 homes sold in Pinellas Park in the first quarter of 2019.
