Seminole home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Seminole rose by $42,500 while total sales decreased by 80.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 21.5% increase over the $197,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 331 homes sold in Seminole in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,707, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
