Indian Rocks Beach home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Indian Rocks Beach rose by $81,500 while total sales decreased by 87.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $616,500 - a 15.2% increase over the $535,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Indian Rocks Beach in the first quarter of 2019.
