Indian Rocks Beach home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Indian Rocks Beach rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $510,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 101 homes sold in Indian Rocks Beach in the first half of 2018.
