Kenneth City home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Kenneth City rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 36.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 47.6% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Kenneth City in the first half of 2018.
