Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, currently serving Florida’s 13th district in the U.S. Congress, recently took to social media to voice her concerns about various political issues. Luna, who has been a congresswoman since 2023 after succeeding Charlie Crist, shared her thoughts on topics ranging from pharmaceutical industry influence to gun rights.
On February 7, 2025, Rep. Luna expressed her views regarding the pharmaceutical industry’s influence over senators. She claimed that “Big Pharma has made its way into the pockets of senators, and now they’re doing anything they can to block RFK Jr.’s confirmation.” Luna accused certain senators of being “top puppets—paid to protect profits instead of Americans.”
Later that day, at 21:06 UTC, Rep. Luna turned her attention to corruption within governmental agencies in Washington D.C., stating that “USAID is just the tip of the iceberg. The Swamp runs much deeper in Washington.” She emphasized efforts against government corruption and fraud by saying, “We are coming after the corruption and fraud in our government, and there is nothing Democrats can do to stop it.”
Finally, at 22:45 UTC on the same day, Rep. Luna celebrated an executive order signed by former President Trump as a significant victory for gun rights advocates. In her words: “HUGE WIN for the Second Amendment! President Trump just signed an executive order to END Biden’s unconstitutional attacks on gun owners.” She added that this action would prevent federal overreach and affirm Americans’ right to self-defense.
