Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, who represents Florida’s 13th district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of statements on her social media account addressing developments involving the Department of Justice (DOJ), legislative actions regarding Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) protections, and the Trump administration.
On July 16, 2025, Luna stated, “There will be more to come from the DOJ.”
The following day, she commented on legislative progress: “This is a major victory— anti-CBDC protections will now be codified in the NDAA. Thank you, Tom. A huge win for freedom. Well done, @GOPMajorityWhip.” The NDAA refers to the National Defense Authorization Act.
Later on July 17, Luna expressed appreciation for recent actions by former President Donald Trump’s administration: “Thank you to the Trump Admin for this transparency, when previous administrations covered up much worse. Our prayers are with the President for his continued health “
Anna Paulina Luna has served as a member of Congress since 2023 after replacing Charlie Crist and previously held office in the Florida House of Representatives. Born in Santa Ana, California in 1989 and currently residing in St. Petersburg, Luna graduated from the University of West Florida in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
