Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Florida’s 13th district, has recently shared her views on various topics through social media posts. Luna, who replaced Charlie Crist in 2023 and previously served in the Florida House of Representatives, expressed concerns about veterans’ post-service challenges, the recognition of military heroes, and the need for postal service reforms.

On March 21, 2025, Rep. Luna highlighted ongoing issues faced by veterans after returning home from service. She stated: “For many veterans, the battle doesn’t end on the field. It follows them home.” She emphasized that there are too many similar stories across America and called for better and faster care for veterans.

In another post dated March 23, 2025, she criticized the Medal of Honor museum for its inadequate representation of John Chapman. Luna wrote: “It is incredibly disappointing to say that if you hoped the Medal of Honor museum would properly honor John Chapman with a deserving exhibit, you would be utterly mistaken.” She pointed out Chapman’s significance as the first Airman to earn a Medal of Honor since Vietnam and as the first USAF Combat Controller to do so.

Later on March 23rd, Rep. Luna addressed issues concerning the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). She acknowledged her appreciation for USPS workers but noted necessary reforms: “I love the Post Office and its diligent workers. But it’s far from perfect—reform is needed to improve efficiency, increase profitability, and ensure timely deliveries.” Luna pledged continued advocacy for both USPS and its workforce to maintain their services for Americans.
