Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Florida’s 13th district, addressed several issues on her social media account on February 18, 2026, including Congressional insider trading and alleged misconduct involving Susan Hamblin.
On February 18, Luna posted a message highlighting bipartisan support for new ethics rules: “Banning insider trading for members of Congress is one of the most bipartisan issues in the country right now. It’s crazy to see that they’re still opposition to this within the chamber. However, I am cautiously optimistic, and very happy to see the White House fully back in” (posted February 18, 2026).
Earlier that day, Luna also posted a tweet containing only a link: https://t.co/VpEVyVQFCY (posted February 18, 2026).
Later on February 18, Luna addressed an individual named Susan Hamblin in connection with actions by the Department of Justice: “Susan Hamblin sent this email. She took a plea deal and was given “victim” status under previous DOJ. DOJ should look into charges. Possible human rights violations were committed by Susan. I say that based on other files with her name on it. These women don’t get to hide behind https://t.co/DBtSqyXlBp” (posted February 18, 2026).
Anna Paulina Luna has represented Florida’s 13th district in Congress since replacing Charlie Crist in 2023 and previously served in the Florida House of Representatives. Born in Santa Ana, California in 1989 and currently residing in St. Petersburg at age 33, Luna graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2017.
