Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Florida’s 13th district, recently shared a series of tweets addressing various pressing issues. Luna, who succeeded Charlie Crist in 2023, has been vocal about her stance on child abuse penalties, recent tragic events in Philadelphia, and health concerns related to milk production hormones.
On February 1st, 2025, Rep. Luna expressed strong opinions regarding the sentencing of child predators. She stated that “Innocent children across America are being sexually abused, and these predators are just receiving a slap on the wrist for their horrific acts. They deserve to be EXECUTED!“
Later that day, she offered condolences for those affected by a tragedy in Philadelphia. Her tweet read: “Praying for the poor souls who tragically lost their lives in Philadelphia, their families, and all those affected.“
Additionally, Rep. Luna addressed health risks associated with certain hormones used in milk production in the United States. In her tweet posted on February 1st, she noted: “rBGH & rBST hormones given to cows to increase milk production in the United States are proven to have serious health risks… These growth hormones are banned in the EU and many other countries…“
