Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, who represents Florida’s 13th district in the U.S. Congress, has made a series of public statements on social media regarding conduct in Congress, transparency of government files, and ethics regulations.

On February 23, 2026, Luna addressed allegations concerning inappropriate behavior by a Member of Congress. In her post, she stated: “The entire Texas delegation, as well as every single other Member of Congress, should be condemning a sitting Member of Congress asking for explicit photos of their staff. As a woman, this is really disgusting to see. Not to mention, it brings dishonor on the House of” (February 23, 2026).

Later that day, Luna commented on the potential release location for unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) records: “It is looking like all UAP files will be housed on @USNatArchives website. Will know more soon.” (February 23, 2026).

In another statement posted on February 24, 2026, Luna called for reforms addressing congressional ethics: “Members of Congress need to STOP insider trading! I look forward to the vote!”

Anna Paulina Luna began serving in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2023 after succeeding Charlie Crist and previously served in the Florida House of Representatives. She was born in Santa Ana, California in 1989 and currently resides in St. Petersburg at age 33. Luna graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2017.
