On November 19, 2024, Rep. Luna expressed her intention to hold FEMA accountable. She stated, “I look forward to having @FEMA_Deanne testify in front of @GOPoversight and explain how, under her watch, workers received orders to withhold assistance from Americans supporting President Trump. Their actions were unacceptable. @fema will be held accountable.”
In another post on the same day, Luna emphasized the importance of adhering to constitutional principles by stating simply, “The Constitution is crystal clear! Let’s get it done.”
Later that day, she made a definitive statement regarding U.S. foreign aid policy towards Ukraine: “Not one more cent to Ukraine. Period.”
